Line 20cm flan ring with the pastry and spread
some jam. Leave it aside. Put the other
ingredients in a small pan except the chopped
almonds. Cook for 5 minutes on very low heat, stir
don't leave the mixture, till it is ready. Put the
mixture on the jam, arrange the mixture and press
with the back of the tbspoon. Spread the chopped
almonds and bake for 20-30 minutes till golden
brown on gas mark 180c --)
