     Cheese, ham and ricotta tart

Ingredients
You need - Short pastry (you can buy it)
250-300g flour
100g butter
Pinch of salt
Cold water to mix (2-3 tbspoon)
Filling-
800g ricotta
2 eggs
Chopped parsley
 
200g cheddar vegetarian
100g -150g ham
Salt and pepper

Instructions
Line a 36cm by 26cm tin with the pastry. Slice cheese and ham and put them in the pastry case. Mix in a bowl the ricotta, salt, pepper, eggs and the chopped parsley. Add the ricotta mix over the cheese and ham. Bake in moderate oven, 190c until set and golden brown, about 45 minutes.
