Method- Sauce
Peel and slice the onion in cubes. Slice the
bacon and add to the pan with the onion. Add
the butter and cook the onion and bacon, till
the onion is transparent and the bacon tender.
Take 3 tbspoon from the milk and add the corn
flour. Stir to make a paste. Meanwhile, add the
remaining milk to the pan and bring it to the
boil. Reduce heat and add the corn flour paste,
salt, pepper and the basil. Stir quickly and
take it from the heat so it will not form any
lumps. Add it to the boiled pasta and mix
together. Serve it with grated cheese. Enjoy
the taste --)
