Preheat oven to 325, grease and flour 2 loaf pans. In one bowl combine filling ingredients and beat till smooth and creamy, set aside. In another larger bowl, blend flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and ginger & set aside. In another bowl, combine pumpkin, oil, eggs and sugar. Mix well then stir pumpkin mixture into flour mixture till combined, fold in nuts. Pour half the pumpkin batter into pan, then spoon cream cheese mixture evenly over both, then spoon rest of batter over each loaf and swirl it in with a butter knife to marble the top of the bread. Bake for 55-60 minutes. Cool and remove from pans.
