Drain peach slices, put aside. Put biscuits in
the base of a dish, sprinkle 1 shot of whiskey
on biscuits. Soak the biscuits with the peach
juice, not too much or the biscuits will absorb
too much juice. Add some pieces of peach
slices, (leave some to decorate). Cook custard,
see method at the back of packet. Pour on the
peach slices, leave aside. Now cook the
chocolate pudding. Leave it aside. Lay another
layer of biscuits on the custard. Sprinkle the
other shot of whiskey. Soak again biscuits with
the peach juice, add peach slices and top again
with the chocolate pudding. Decorate with peach
slices, 1 cherry and coconuts. Leave to cool,
put it in fridge for at least 8 hours to get
firm --) Enjoy!
