Instructions
Cook the potatoes with a pan, casting them off and let them cool down. Peel the potatoes, and rasp them coarse into a bowl. Add salt, pepper, spring onions and some dill, if you want. Gently mix it with a fork.
heat a little bit of oil and butter in a pan. Put the potatoe mix into the pan.
Fry them 10 minutes. The undersite must be brown and crispy.To turn the rösti, hold a big plate over the pan. Turn both together,so that the rösti lays on the plate.
