1 16 oz pkg Linguine
|
|
3 garlic cloves, minced
|
|
1/2 cup EVOO
|
|
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
|
|
1/2 tsp pepper
|
|
3 cans (6-1/2oz each) minced clams
|
|
1 Tbsp lemon juice
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Cook pasta, drain.
Lightly brown garlic in hot oil. Remove from heat, add parsley, pepper, clams with juice and lemon juice.

Cook over low heat for 5 mins or until heated through.
Pour over hot pasta, toss.
