     Linguine with White Clam Sauce

Ingredients
1 16 oz pkg Linguine
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup EVOO
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp pepper
3 cans (6-1/2oz each) minced clams
1 Tbsp lemon juice
 

Instructions
Cook pasta, drain. Lightly brown garlic in hot oil. Remove from heat, add parsley, pepper, clams with juice and lemon juice.
Cook over low heat for 5 mins or until heated through. Pour over hot pasta, toss.
