     Shrimp Bowtie Pasta

Ingredients
1 cup butter
2-3- onions, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1/2 lb velveeta
1/2 lb. mexican
1/4 cup flour
4 Tbsp. fresh parsley
1 pint half & half (can add a little extra if needed)
 
1/2 -1 can rotel tomatoes
3 LB. shrimp
Creole seasoning, salt and pepper to taste
Lousianna hot sauce to taste
16 oz. Bowtie pasta, cooked and drained
Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions
Saute until softened- Butter, chopped onions, chopped green bell pepper, garlic until softened. Add- cheese, flour, parsley, half & half rotel shrimp seasoning, salt, pepper. Mix well. Add pasta. If desired, can bake in casserole dish for 15-30 minutes.
