In 9x13 pan arrange the tater tots and cook at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. In frying pan brown ground beef and drain grease. Cook the veggies according to package directions, then drain well. In large mixing bowl mix three cans cream of celery soup, most of the cheddar cheese and 1 1/2 cups of the frenches fried onions. Add browned ground beef to the soup and veggie mixture, stir well making sure everything is coated with soup mixture. Pour mixture over the tater tots and cook for 50-55 minutes. The last 5 minutes add the remaining frenches fried onions and cheddar cheese over the top, brown.
