     Slow Cooker Italian Beef Roast

Ingredients
3pd chuck roast
1 onion, quartered
10.5 can beef broth
Package of dry Au Jus mix
Package of dry Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
 
Instructions
Place beef in slow cooker and scatter onion quarters around the meat. Pour the broth over and sprinkle the au jus, Italian dressing, salt and pepper.
Cook 6-8 hours.
