Preheat oven to 350.
Spray the bottom of a large roaster pan with Pam.
Place the first 4 ingredients in the prepared pan.
Combine sugar, margarine, and karo syrup; boil
about 10 minutes or until 280 on a candy
thermometer.
Pour over cereal mix and stir.
Bake 18-20 minutes. Remove from oven and stir just
once to mix. Pour onto large cookie sheet or foil.
When cool, break into pieces. Store in a tightly
covered container.
