Next-
melt chocolate-stir till melts
in other bowl-stir sugar, corn starch and salt
in other bowl-beat egg yolks with milk
gradually add egg yolk and milk mixture to sugar mixture
put over med. heat-continue stirring
once it thickens=cooked (taste so corn starch is cooked through)
Take off and add chocolate and vanilla
pour into baked pie shell
Put ceran wrap tightly-directly on pie and into refrigeratior
Topping
Beat Whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla and put on pie after chilled
