Preheat over 325. Grease and line 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.

Beat eggs white until stiff.
|
|
|
Beat egg yolks and sugar until light. Add butter and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes. Add flour and mix. Slowly start adding milk and beat until everything is well mixed.

|
|
Add egg whites, a third at a time gently fold them in using a spatula. Bake approx 60 minutes until top golden. Cool and dust with powered sugar.
