     Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound sausage browned & drained (may use diced ham)
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp mustard
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp salt
8 oz American or cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Spray 9x13 dish with Pam. Line the bottom of dish or pan with bread slices. Cover bread slices with cheese. Add sausage or ham. Cut more bread slices in triangles by cutting corner to corner. Lay triangles of bread on top of meat. Mix egg, milk, onion, salt and mustard together. Pour over bread, cheese and meat. Press bread down a little until it covers the bread with milk/egg mixture. Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight or for several hours. Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour. May have to cover last 15 minutes to keep from browning to much.
