     Cheddar Broccoli Beef Enchiladas

Ingredients
8 oz ground beef
1 can kidney beans, red
1 package Knorr rice sides - cheddar broccoli
2 cups salsa
6 10-inch burrito size flour tortillas
1 cup Monterey jack cheese
2 cups water
 

Instructions
While the oven is preheating to 350 degrees, brown the beef. Boil together Knorr Rice Sides - Cheddar Broccoli, water, and beans and cook until tender. Stir in beef, 1/2 cup salsa, and 1/2 cup cheese. divide the mixture into 6 tortillas, roll, and arrange in the baking dish. Spoon salsa sauce along the bottom of the dish and on top of the enchiladas, top with cheese, and bake 25 minutes.
