     Egg Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb sausage cooked, drained and crumbled
8 eggs slightly beaten
6 slices white bread, buttered and cubed
2 cups milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together except bread; pour over bread cubes in a greased 9 x 13 pan or glass casserole dish. Refrigerate 12 hours. Bake at 350 for 35-40 min. until browned and set in center. Can also be made ahead of time and frozen. Serves 12-15. I have substituted meat for veggies too to make it a vegetarian dish.
