     Pasta - Creamy Chicken Spaghetti

1 lb chicken breast cooked and cut into bite size pieces or 2 lg cans chicken
1 12 oz pkg spaghetti
1 stick of butter
1 chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pint whipping cream
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 small can mushrooms, drained (optional)
1 small jar pimientos, drained (optional)
1 lb velveeta, cut into cubes

Sauté onion, green pepper, celery in butter. Combine with other ingredients except spaghetti & velveeta. Stir in spaghetti & velveeta. Stir over low heat until cheese melts. Poor into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 until bubbly. Freezes well. It makes A LOT!
