Blend onions. Add puree, cashew nuts, garam masala, garlic, chilli powder, lemon juice, turmeric, salt and yoghurt and blend further.
Heat oil in wok and pour in spice mixture, fry gently for 2mins. Add chicken and sultanas fry for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and water and bring to simmer. Cook for 10 minutes.
