2) Puree mushrooms, .25 cup onions, garlic and thyme in a food processor until smooth; stir into green beans
3) Pulse cauliflower in a food processor to a rice consistency; mix in a bowl with .5 cup onion and nutritional yeast; sprinkle over green bean mixture
4) Place in fridge for a couple of hours for flavors to marinate for best results; then, serve and enjoy
