Combine flour, salt, and baking powder and mix well. Add oil and
water and stir until the dough forms a ball. Knead for a few
minutes by hand. If dough is sticky add a little more flour. Divide
dough into 16 equal balls on a well floured surface. Slightly flatten
balls using the palm of your hand. Cover with bowl and let rise for
10 minutes. Heat your skillet on medium-high. While skillet is
reading roll out dough into a thin circle (6-7 inches in diameter).
When pan is very hot, place tortilla in pan and cook till large
bubbles start to rise. Flip then cook on the other side. Continue
this process till all tortillas are cooked. Once cooked, use or
freeze.
