Mix together cream cheese and sour cream in you slow cooker.
Mix in refried beans, 1 cup cheddar cheese, 1 cup monterey
jack cheese and taco seasoning until well combined
Smooth it evenly on the bottom of the slow cooker. Add the last
2 cups of cheese on top, spreading it evenly
Cover and cook on high 2 hours or until heated through. Serve
with tortilla chips.
