1 cup butter
2 cups Br sugar
1/2 c corn syrup
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
4 quarts popped corn
2 quarts nuts like cashews, pecans, almonds (unsalted)

In saucepan put butter, br sugar, corn syrup, and salt boil 5 min med low setting with no stirring.
Remove from stove and add B.soda and vanilla. Stir well.
Pour over - 4 quarts popped corn (plain) 2 quarts of nuts Mix well to coat.
Bake at 250 for 1 hour. Stir every 15 min. Remove from oven to cool and continue to stir about every 10 min so pieces separate easily.
