     Homemade Chex Mix

Ingredients
1 Box Corn Chex
1 box Rice Chex
2 boxes Wheat Chex
1 box Mini Frosted Wheats
1 box Frosted Cheerios
2 Cups pretzel Sticks
1 can Mixed Nuts
3 Sticks of Butter
8 Tbls Worchestershire Sauce
 
2 tsps Soy Sauce
4 Tbls Seasoned Salt
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. 2. Get out two large roasting pans. 3. Mix half the cereal, pretzels and nuts in one roasting pan and the other half in the other. 4. In a large bowl, melt 1 1/2 sticks of butter. 5. Add 1/2 of the amount of Worchestershire sauce, soy sauce and seasonings. 6. Whisk together. 7. Drizzle this mixture over one of the roasting pans. 8. Toss it all to make sure all of the mixture is moistened. 9. Shake more seasoned salt on it. 10. Repeat steps 4-9 for the other roasting pan. 11. Bake for 1 hr. Stir every 15 minutes. Sprinkle with more seasoned salt if needed. 12. When cool, put in Rubbermaid containers.
