1 1/4 pound thin cut chicken breast

salt and pepper to taste

1 sprig rosemary, minced

1 cup grated parmesan

2 eggs

1 cup panko bread crumbs

2 tablespoons oilve oil

Instructions |

|
In a breading bowl, beat egg and rosemary. Set aside.
|

|
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Coat chicken with cheese, wash with egg mixture, and coat with bread crumbs.

Place a pan on medium heat, pour oil and cook chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
|
|
|
|
Serve hot and enjoy.
