Combine ground spices together and keep in airtight container in cool, dry place. Will retain freshness for up to 6 months.
Typically add 1 - 2 tsp. of Ras el Hanout blend to cous cous, Moroccan stews, or to vinaigrettes for shredded carrot or beet salad. Also good mixed into Greek style yogurt as a dip. There is no salt in this mix, so add salt to taste.
