1 bag hashbrowns
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 small 1/2 & 1/2
8 oz Velvetta
2 cups cheddar cheese
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients and place in a baking dish. Bake 1 hour.
