     Crustless Pumpkin Pie (wwsm)

1/4 cup Egg Beaters Egg Beaters
2 items egg white(s)
1/2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp table salt
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup unpacked light brown sugar
10 oz Libby's Solid Pack Pumpkin
1/2 cup fat-free evaporated milk

1. Preheat oven 350. 2. In lg bowl, use electric mixer to whip egg whites til frothy. Fold in egg beaters, brown sugar, seasonings, vanilla, and evaporated milk. Beat again. Fold in pumpkin puree. 3. Beat until smooth. Pour into pam-lined pie dish. Bake until knife center clean about 40-50 mins.
