     Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
2 c. white flour
2 c. wheat flour
4 tsp. salt
6 Tbs. sugar
2/3 c. oil
2 c. hot water
2 c. buttermilk, warmed
2 pkg. dry yeast
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients except yeast for 2 minutes in Bosh machine. Add yeast and continue to mix.
Add about 5 1/4 c. wheat flour. Knead for 10 minutes.
Place bowl on counter, cover with damp cloth and let rise until double in bulk, about 45 minutes.
Shape into 5 loaves. Place on loaf pans. Cover with damp cloth and let rise until double in bulk. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes. Spread butter on top and let cool.
