     BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Ingredients
1 LB SAUSAGE, BACON OR HAM
1-3 LBS FROZEN HASH BROWNS
2 CANS CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
12-18 EGGS
1-2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
4-6 SLICES BREAD, BROKEN IN SMALL PIECES
 

Instructions
BROWN MEAT AND DRAIN WELL. SPREAD IN 9X13 BAKING DISH. WHISK EGGS AND SOUP TOGETHER. BLEND IN HASH BROWNS. SPREAD OVER MEAT. SPRINKLE CHEESE ON TOP(SAVE 1/2 CUP CHEESE). PUT BREAD PIECES ON TOP OF MIXTURE AND COVER WITH REST OF CHEESE. THIS CAN BE MADE THE NIGHT BEFORE AND REFRIGERATED. BAKE AT 350 FOR 50-60 MINUTES.
