Cut bread into 1 inch cubes and toast 20 to 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
Brown sausage and drain, reserve fat.
Place cooked sausage into large bowl, set aside.
Return fat to skillet and add enough butter to make about 1/2 cup liquid.
Add onion and celery and sauté until tender.
Stir into sausage and cool slightly.
Add beaten eggs.
