b. salt, pepper, italian seasoning, nutmeg, and dry white wine to taste
b. leaves from 3-4 sticks thyme
Instructions
Place butter between chicken in crockpot and top with salt,
onion, and garlic. Cook in crockpot on low for around 1.5- 2
hours until cooked through.
Remove chicken from crockpot and pour into pan. Add b
mixture and heat over low stirring continuously until thick.
Adjust seasoning and add to taste as cream cheese melts down.

Suggestions
Serve over rice, as sauce is delicious!
