Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Season top of
salmon with pepper and a pinch of cayenne
pepper. In a small bowl, mix together first
five ingredients and spread this mixture over
top of salmon. Finally, add some breadcrumbs
and parsley on top. Cook in oven on a foil-
lined baking sheet for 15 minutes. Remove from
oven, remove the skin, and serve warm with
fresh sliced avocado and bread/hummus.
