a. 10 ounces hash browns
a. 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
a. 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
a. 1 tablespoon olive oil
a. 4 green onion
a. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
a. 1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Instructions
mix everything together and let hashBrowns de thaw. Spray muffin tin and add mixture. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes
