a. 1 cup chunky salsa

a. tablespoon cilantro

a. salt and pepper to taste; cayenne or chili pepper to taste as well

Instructions |

|
Place all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low for 2.5 hours,
making sure pork is cooked through
|

Next time, I would either drain the black beans and serve them
on the side or serve them over rice. They were too soupy this
way.
