     Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
a. 4 bell peppers
b. 1/2 lb ground meat
c. 1 can black beans drained
c. 1 packet taco seasoning
c. 3/4 to 1 can of tomato soup (depending on how soupy you want them to be)
d. 8 slices swiss cheese
 

Instructions
Cut off tops and peppers and scoop out seeds. Bring water to a boil and cook peppers for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Brown meat and drain grease if needed. Add C mixture.
Stuff a slice of cheese into the bottom of the peppers. Add C mixture. Add a piece of cheese on top. Bake in 350 oven for 25 minutes.
