     Snickerdoodle Bread

1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sour cream
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1-10 oz. pkg. cinnamon chips
2 tblsp. all-purpose flour

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Prep TWO 9-inch x 5-inch loaf pans by greasing or spraying with cooking spray. 3. In a large bowl, combine butter & sugar; Cream together for 2 min until fluffy. 4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. 5. Add vanilla & sour cream, mix to combine. 6. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, & cinnamon, whisking to combine. 7. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture, stirring just until combined. 8. Coat the Cinnamon chips with the 2 Tblsp. flour, then stir into the batter. 9. Spoon batter into prepared pans. 10. Combine sugar & cinnamon for topping. 11. Sprinkle topping over batter before baking. 12. Bake for 55-60 min. until a toothpick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean. 13. Remove from oven & let coolo for 15 min. before removing bread from pan.
