     Anni's Amazing Mushroom Marinade

Ingredients
2 cups mushrooms, chopped
1 tsp salt
1-2 TB olive oil
garlic clove, minced
small bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tsp braggs liquid amino acid
optional to add herbs, jalopenos, sundried tomatoes
 
Instructions
Mix all together.
Let marinade for a few hours.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over salad or in lettuce wraps.
