Put 2 cups flour into bowl, pour yeast mixture over. Knead adding 1/4 cup flour at a time. Knead 10 minutes. Cover dough with 1 T oil, and cover and let stand until double.
Brush 11 inch tart pan with 1 T olive oil. Punch down dough and turn into pan.
Preheat oven 400 degrees - press finger tips into dough making small wells. Brush with remaining oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake about 28 minutes until golden - cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
