Cream the cheese and salad dressing mix together. (may dilute a little with small amount of milk if to thick)
In a separate bowl stir together artichokes,peppers and parsley. In a 3 - cup bowl lined with plastic wrap, alternate layers of cheese and vegatable mixtures - beginning and anding with the cheese layer. Chill 4 hours or overnight. Invert on a plate, remove plastic wrap--Serve with crackers.
Makes at least 10-12 servings.
Be sure and drain the vegetables very well or it will be soupy.
Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
