Salt the fish to taste and place it in an alluminum baking dish. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated 400F. oven for 30 minutes.
While fish is baking, heat the olive oil in a frying pan and saute onion until slightly brown. Add mushrooms and bell peppers and saute for 8-10 minutes. Salt to taste.
Remove the baked fish into a clean alluminum baking dish. Separate into chunks. Cover with sauted mixture. Cover with foil and bake for another 20 minutes.
