Put all the ingredients in a big bowl, except
the honey, chopped almonds and egg white. Knead
lightly well mixed. Beat the egg white and add
it to the mixture to form a paste. If the dough
or paste is still like crumble or stiff, add a
little water, but not too much be careful. Take
the paste from bowl and lay it on a work top or
table to form it into a log. Cut the log into
pieces of 5cm wide and 8cm long, thick 2cm
each. Press each one into ovyals with your
palms of your hand, to form a Kwarezimal. Then
take a baking dish and cover it with rice
paper. Put the kwarezimal in it and leave a
little space between them. Bake on 180c for 20-
25 minutes. When they are ready, put the dish
on a wire rack and while still hot, brush them
with honey and sprinkle some chopped almonds.
Enjoy! They are Delicious!! --)
