Method- Pastry
Mix flour, salt, dried yeast and rub in butter together in a bowl. Pour the beaten eggs, add water to form a dough. Leave it to set for at least 2 hours. Cover it with a cloth and leave it in a warm place, until it rise double in size. After roll out pastry dough onto a floured surface. Place half of the shredded mozzarella in the middle of the dough, then chopped sausages, diced ham, diced salami, chopped garlic, diced onion, diced pepper. Sprinkle salt and pepper, oregano, basil or mixed herbs. Sprinkle again the other half of mozzarella. Brush 1 inch around edge with milk. Roll up on one side in a long log and press together. Grease a baking dish and place it in the dish, then form it in a circle. With a sharp knife make some slits on top. Brush Stromboli with beaten egg yolk or before getting it out sprinkle some olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese. Bake 240c or till golden brown for 30-40 minutes. Enjoy, really taste delicious!! --)
