Ingredients

	2 ripe avocados
	1 large fresh green chilli
	2 tbsp lime juice
	2 tbsp fresh coriander
	salt
	black pepper


Instructions


Mash avocados - use potato masher. Blend all the other ingredients together and stir into the avocado. Add further seasoning if required.








Serving Suggestions

Serve with fresh vegetables and breadsticks
