Whisk the greek yogurt, ½ cup truvia, 6 egg whites, apple
sauce, zest from 2 lemons, & vanilla extract. Add & whisk the
flour, baking powder, & salt. Gently mix in blueberries. Bake at
350 for 45 mins. Meanwhile cook the lemon juice & 2 tbsp-2 tsp
truvia until sugar is dissolved. Let cake cool for 5 minutes. Poke
holes with a tooth pick all around the top of the cake & pour
lemon-sugar mixture over top.
