     Vegan Banana Apple Bread

Ingredients
2 mashed ripe bananas
1 peeled and diced apple
1/4 cup truvia baking blend
1 & 3/4 cup white whole-wheat flour
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 &1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
 

Instructions
In a mixing bowl mash 2 ripe bananas with a fork. Add and mix very well in a mixer the rest of the ingredients. Pour into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
