     Half Moon Cookies

1 C Sugar
1/2 C Butter
2 Eggs
1/2 C Sour Milk
2 1/4 C Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
 
1/8 tso Nutmeg
Instructions
Bake at 350 for 10-12 mins. Frost half vanilla and half chocolate.
