Mash the bananas until completely smooth. Add the egg whites,
honey(if desired), and vanilla extract. Blend well. Then add the
baking soda, salt, and coconut flour. Blend well again. Let the
batter sit for 5 minutes. Pour batter into a bread pan lined with
aluminum foil or parchment paper. Bake at 350 for about 50
minutes. Cool fully before slicing. This is very moist when first
comes out of the oven but tends to firm up over time.
