     (WOOD) Cajun Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded Colby-Jack cheese (I used 1/2 lb OOPS!)
1 tsp seafood seasoning
1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/4 tsp Louisiana hot sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 (8 oz) package imitation crabmeat, flaked
1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 lb crimini mushrooms
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Stir the cream cheese, Colby-jack cheese, seafood seasoning, Cajun seasoning, Louisiana hot sauce and garlic powder in a mixing bowl until smooth. Stir in the crabmeat and bread crumbs until evenly blended. Spoon the cheese mixture into the mushroom caps. Set them filling side up into the prepared baking dish.
Bake in a preheated oven for 15 - 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
If you prefer, you can make the crab-cheese mixture and bake in a small dish. Serve with crackers.
