     Chocolate Cherry Balls

Preptime   at least 2 hours
Ingredients
4 T. melted butter (measure after melting)
1 tsp. cherry juice
1 cup angel flake coconut
2 cups powdered sugar (sifted)
12 maraschino cherries (chopped fine)
chocolate for dipping
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls. Place on foil on a cookie sheet and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Melt chocolate and dip balls.
I use melted bark coating for dipping.
