     Apple Raisin Crisp

Ingredients
Fruit Filling -
5 C thinly sliced, peeled fresh apples (approx. 6 medium)
1-1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/3 C dark raisins
3 Tbs. frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
Topping -
3 Tbs. toasted wheat germ
1/2 C quick-cooking oats
 
3 Tbs. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 Tbs. frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed

Instructions
For filling, toss apples with cornstarch. Add raisins and juice concentrate and toss to miz. Place the mixture in a 9-inch deep dish pie pan. Combine topping ingredients and mix until moist and crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Cover loosely with foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes or until filling is bubbly. Serve warm.
